  • 40ml Croissant Vodka

  • 15ml Vanilla syrup

  • 20ml Lemon juice

  • 25ml Oat milk (or almond milk)

  • ½ tsp Ceremonial Matcha (whisked with 15ml hot water)

  • Egg white or aquafaba (optional, for foam)

Preparation

Method

  1. Whisk matcha with hot water until smooth and frothy.

  2. Add croissant vodka, vanilla syrup, lemon juice, oat milk, and matcha into a shaker.

  3. Dry shake (without ice) if using egg white/aquafaba.

  4. Add ice, shake vigorously, and strain into a coupe glass.

Garnish

  • Dust of matcha powder on top (artfully stenciled or freehand swirl).

  • Optional: mini croissant skewer on the rim.

Coupe glass (for chic aesthetic).
