SHIPPING & Returns POLICY
Shipping
Delivery will be handled by DPD. We aim to dispatch orders within [X business days] of receiving payment. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a confirmation email with tracking details where available. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase, orders over £50 are not subject to standard delivery fees.
Delivery
Please make sure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details, missed deliveries or courier issues outside our control. If an order is returned to us because it was not delivered, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund, subject to any shipping costs incurred.
Returns
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the bottle is unopened, unused and in its original condition. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of bottles where the seal has been broken or the product has been opened, unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong product.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within [X days] of delivery at Info@VidaVodka.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the matter and arrange a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.
Return shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within [X business days]. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
